The Income Solutions® program, this website and its services (“Income Solutions®”) is provided to you through an agreement with Hueler Investment Services, Inc. (“Hueler”), which is the owner of Income Solutions®.

By connecting to Income Solutions® , a user of it (“Visitor”) should be aware of the following:

• Hueler’s web server may collect information regarding the domain or email addresses of the Visitor, particularly if it is specifically provided by the Visitor through Income Solutions®.
• Hueler may collect the following information: (a) aggregate information on what pages Visitors access or visit; (b) Visitor-specific information on what pages Visitors access or visit; and (c) information volunteered by the Visitor, including without limitation information provided when seeking quotes or buying annuities from insurance companies.
• Hueler uses collected data to: (a) improve Income Solutions® and fix errors; (b) customize the content and/or layout of pages for each Visitor; (c) identify areas to improve; (d) provide information to insurance companies who may provide a quote to Visitor or sell an annuity to a Visitor and (e) improve security.
• Hueler may use session cookies (maintained only during Visitor's session) for security purposes and to facilitate site navigation.  Hueler does not use persistent cookies (written to disk).
• If a Visitor supplies Hueler with personal, financial or demographic information through Income Solutions®, including Visitor’s home address, phone number, email or other information, that information will be provided to insurance companies or their related parties. Visitor will have to contact the insurance company or the other parties if Visitor does not want to be contacted by them for any reason.
• From time to time, Hueler may use Visitor information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in its privacy notice. If Hueler’s information practices change at some time in the future, it will post the policy changes to Income Solutions® to notify Visitor of these changes and provide the ability to opt out of these new uses. If Visitor is concerned about how this information is used, Visitor should periodically check back at Income Solutions®.
• Hueler does not provide Visitors with access to information that Hueler has collected and maintains about them.
• Upon request, Hueler offers Visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information by sending Hueler an email at the above address.
• Under no circumstances will Hueler provide collected data obtained from users of the Income Solutions® program to any non-affiliated third party other than as described herein.
• Hueler has reasonably appropriate security measures in place in its physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that it collects from Visitors.
• If a Visitor feels that Income Solutions® is not following its stated information policy, Visitor should contact Hueler.
