Terms and Conditions – Hueler Investment Services, Inc.

Before proceeding, you need to read and agree to the terms below, which then becomes a binding contract between you and Hueler Investment Services, Inc. (“Hueler”).

In consideration of your use of the Income Solutions® program, this website and its services (“Income Solutions®”), you expressly understand and agree that:

Your use of Income Solutions® is at your own risk. Hueler does not guarantee the insurance companies' quotes provided through Income Solutions® nor does Hueler or its program partners/administrators guarantee the payment of any annuities.  Any guarantees are made solely by the insurance companies issuing the annuities, not Hueler or its program partners/administrators. From time to time, errors in quotes can occur and all insurance companies reserve the right to notify you and correct the quote. An annuity quote provided to you by any insurance company is not binding on that company until they have verified its accuracy and provided you with the required forms necessary to complete the purchase. You agree not to take any action (including but not limited to transferring or redeeming funds) until the insurance company whose quote you have elected to purchase provides written verification that your quote has been accepted. You are making the decision to purchase or not to purchase an annuity through Income Solutions® and no one from Hueler has provided you advice or information, whether oral or written, to affect your decision. If Income Solutions® is unavailable and you are unable to request, review or purchase an annuity, Hueler is not responsible for the missed opportunity. Hueler is not a fiduciary under ERISA. Hueler does not offer advice or assistance to individuals with purchase decisions through any source, including Income Solutions®, email or phone. Hueler assists individuals only with questions regarding the use of Income Solutions®. If individuals have questions pertaining to annuities, Hueler will direct them to the appropriate contact information. Hueler is licensed as a resident Life/Health insurance agent in Minnesota and is licensed as non-resident Life/Health insurance agent, broker or producer in all states. Hueler’s license authority in every state includes the authority to act as an insurance agent, broker or producer of annuities. If the insurance company from which you elect to purchase an annuity with does not receive your completed paperwork and full deposit amount by the due date, the insurance company may not honor the quote or may elect to adjust the quote accordingly. The Annuity Calculator only provides estimates, and actual quotes from insurance companies will be based upon current market conditions and data received at the time a quote is requested. Hueler provides no warranties or guarantees about Income Solutions®, including express or implied warranties of accuracy, timeliness, completeness, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and you accept Income Solutions® and your use “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hueler is not liable for your use or inability to use Income Solutions® or any damages caused by it. Further, Hueler is not liable for any damages caused by others, including those providing services through Income Solutions® and in no event is Hueler liable for direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages under any theory of recovery, regardless of their foreseeability. You agree to waive any claims against Hueler resulting from your use of Income Solutions® or the purchase of any financial services or products through it. In an effort to provide the highest level of security to our users and business partners, Hueler reserves the right to monitor all activities at www.incomesolutions.com. This is the entire agreement concerning your use of Income Solutions® and it supersedes any other communications and or agreements concerning it. This agreement cannot be amended without Hueler’s consent. If any portion of this agreement is unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall be valid, and any unenforceable provision shall be modified and interpreted so as to best accomplish its intent. This agreement is governed by Minnesota law and any dispute must be venued in the state or federal courts of Minnesota. These terms and conditions may change without notice and you agree to be bound by any changed terms unless you inform us otherwise in writing. Any information provided to you by an insurance company, including any information with a quote, has been prepared solely by the insurance company. You understand that Hueler will not review the information and you agree that Hueler is not responsible or liable for its content. Hueler has the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to suspend an insurance company from providing quotes through Income Solutions®, and you will not claim damages from Hueler if it does so. PATENT. The Income Solutions® program and process is subject to a patent application, and a patent is now pending.
