Income Solutions^® Privacy Policy

Hueler Investment Services, Inc. (“Hueler”) owns and operates the Income Solutions^® platform and website, and its employees also provide services related to using Income Solutions^® (together, the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy gives an overview of the information that Hueler, through the Platform and by its employees and its contracted program administrators, collects, stores and shares through the Platform. In this Policy, a user of the Platform is referenced as “you” or “your”, and Hueler may be referenced as “Hueler”, “us” or “we”, depending on the context.

As a general policy, Hueler does not sell or use any information you provide us for marketing purposes. More specifically, the amount of information collected, stored and shared when you use the Platform depends on the extent of your use. The following provides a general overview of Hueler's current use and storage of information, but if you have any detailed questions, you are encouraged to contact Hueler.

Information Collection and Use

If you are a general site visitor: The following data is collected and stored by Hueler, depending on the extent of Platform use:

• Your IP address, but it is not associated with any individual person;
• The pages you view;
• If you run the income estimator, the inputs into the estimator; and
• Session cookies for security purposes and to facilitate site navigation. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, but you may then not be able to use the Platform's full functionality.

If you access the Platform through a private link, such as through a plan sponsor or plan administrator site, or through a link in an email: In addition to the information collected from a general site visitor, Hueler will collect and store information about the private link through which you accessed the Platform.

If you request a quote through the Platform: The information you provide us, including demographic information related to obtaining a quote, is collected and stored. This information will be associated with the username you provide. All of the information, except the password, may be shared with:

• The insurance companies issuing annuities (“Insurance Companies”) who may respond to your request; and
• With your particular program administrator, if required by them.

Purchasers: If you elect to purchase an annuity, the following information will be collected, stored and shared with the Insurance Company you select:

• All information provided to request a quote; and
• Certain additional information that you will be specifically asked to provide as it relates to the suitability of the annuity for you, the source and amount of funds, and other pertinent information to purchasing an annuity.

The selected Insurance Company may store additional information on the Platform which is associated with you and your purchase.

After completing the purchase process through the Platform, additional information will be collected by the Insurance Company and their selected technology vendor.  You will be presented with either an automated application form  or mailed a paper application to be completed and returned to the Insurance Company. Hueler may maintain a copy of this application, including the information collected, to assist in the process as required.

In addition to the foregoing uses, Hueler uses collected data to: (a) improve Income Solutions^® and fix errors; (b) customize the content and/or layout of pages for each user; (c) identify areas to improve; and (d) improve security.

Communications from the Site and Opting Out

If you enter an email address when creating a profile or requesting a quote, Hueler's system will respond to the email with a link to see quote results.

If you request services from Hueler and provide us an email address or a phone number, we may communicate with you in response to your inquiries and may send you a limited number of marketing emails reminding you of the services offered by Hueler. If you no longer wish to be contacted by us, you should tell us that you wish to opt out by using the contact information below. If your contact information has been provided to an Insurance Company or the other parties as described above, and you do not want to be contacted by them, you will have to contact that person or company.

We do not make any other use of your email addresses, such as selling them to third persons.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable): We may share aggregated information about our user base with our Insurance Companies, program partners (such as plan administrators, plan sponsors, or advisors) and to the public in research papers or presentations. This information does not identify individual users. We do not link aggregate user data with personally identifiable information.

Personally identifiable information: We do not share personally identifiable information with third parties, except as disclosed above and as a part of the quote process when we share certain information with Insurance Companies and certain program partners as required by the quote process. In the event of a security breach, we may share personally identifiable information with program partners to the extent necessary to address such breach.

Service Providers: We may contract with others to provide certain data storage services related to the Platform who may have access to personally identifiable information, but they are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any purpose.

Legal Disclaimer: We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on Hueler.

Log Files

As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

We use this information to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users' movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

If you create a profile and provide a username, the automatically-collected log file data is linked to your username. In turn, your username is tied to all of the information associated with it when you request a quote or purchase an annuity, as discussed above.

Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)

We do not use a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs).

Links to Other Sites

The Platform is linked to other sites that are not owned or controlled by Hueler and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites.

We encourage you to be aware when you leave our site and to read the privacy policies of each site that collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by or through the Platform.

Children

The Platform is not intended for use by children, and anyone under the age of eighteen shall not use this website or the Platform.

Security

The security of your personal information is important to us. Certain information on our forms, such as password and date of birth, are encrypted.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Changes in this Privacy Policy

Hueler reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. If Hueler decides to change it, we will post those changes to this Privacy Policy and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If you use the Platform after we have posted changes to this Privacy Policy, we will accept it as your agreement with the new Privacy Policy for your use of the Platform, both before and after the date of the changes.
